Today, in accordance with the instruction of the District Akim, a meeting was held in the conference hall of the District Akimat under the chairmanship of Yermek Satbayuly, Head of the District Akim's Office.

The agenda included explanations of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which entered into force on July 1, 2026, as well as the key provisions of the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan," which also came into effect on July 1, 2026.

The meeting was attended by the heads of the district akimat's independent departments, the akims of the settlement and rural districts via online format, and civil servants.

During the meeting, participants received comprehensive explanations of the new legislative provisions and the amendments introduced, including their legal and practical significance. In addition, explanatory work was carried out on the effective implementation of the new requirements and principles governing the civil service.
