“Desk Customs Audit Based on the Results of the Risk Management System (RMS)”

Speaker:
Zhomart Bolatovich Mamrayev — Chief Specialist of the Customs Monitoring and Valuation Division of the Commodity Nomenclature and Customs Monitoring Department of the State Revenue Department.

During the meeting, the following topics were discussed in detail:

• mechanisms for conducting desk customs audits based on the Risk Management System (RMS);
• current issues related to customs valuation control;
• practical recommendations for minimizing risks during customs declaration.
