In order to prevent the commission of offenses by convicts registered with the Burlinsky district probation service, a court session was held.

During the court session, the probation service's submission was considered to replace convict "M" with the unserved part of the sentence in the form of restriction of liberty with imprisonment. By the decision of the district court, the submission was satisfied, and the unserved part of the sentence was commuted to 2 years, 2 months, and 6 days of imprisonment.

During the period of serving his sentence, convicted "M" repeatedly committed malicious violations of the order and conditions of serving his sentence, as well as failed to fulfill the duties assigned by the court. In particular, during nighttime checks at his place of residence, he was absent from his place of residence, and also changed his place of residence without notifying the probation service.

The main purpose of this court session is to prevent the commission of repeated offenses by convicted persons registered with the probation service, to explain the need for strict compliance with the requirements of the law and the consequences of violating the order and conditions of serving a sentence.
