Kazakhstan Agency of International Development "KazAID" announces a competition for the position of Lawyer - 1 unit.

Qualification requirements for the position of Lawyer at "KazAID":

1. Hold a degree in law;
2. Have at least 3 (three) years of professional work experience, including mandatory practical experience in claims and litigation management and public procurement support;
3. Possess deep knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (specifically, the Civil Code, the Civil Procedure Code of the RK, the Law of the RK "On Public Procurement", and other regulatory legal acts);
4. Have practical skills in drafting procedural documents (claims, lawsuits, responses, appeals), representing the organization's interests in court, and operating on the state public procurement web portal of the RK;
5. Possess strong analytical skills, executive discipline, and high attention to detail when conducting legal expertise of contracts and agreements;
6. Be fluent in the state (Kazakh) and Russian languages (knowledge of the English language is an asset for interaction within international cooperation).
