To improve the tax literacy of business entities, S.K. Kabysh, Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for East Kazakhstan Region, together with officials of the State Revenue authorities and representatives of authorized government agencies, conducted a water-based outreach visit to tourism facilities located along the coast of Altai District, the Samara area, the shoreline of the Bukhtarma Reservoir, and Katon-Karagai District.Начало формы

During the outreach, the officials visited tourist recreation centers and other tourism infrastructure facilities by water transport. They explained the requirements of the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, procedures for fulfilling tax obligations, the application of special tax regimes, the use of cash registers, and the electronic services provided by the State Revenue authorities.

Representatives of the authorized government agencies also provided explanations on matters within their respective areas of competence and answered questions from entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs received consultations on tax administration issues, informational materials were distributed, and practical recommendations were provided on complying with tax legislation.

Such outreach activities contribute to improving tax awareness, preventing violations of tax legislation, and strengthening open cooperation between government authorities and businesses operating in the tourism sector.
