Fundamental Principles of Anti-Corruption

 Anti-corruption efforts are carried out based on the following principles:

 Rule of law;
 Priority of protecting the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of individuals and citizens;
 Openness and transparency;
 Cooperation between the State and civil society;
 Systematic and comprehensive application of anti-corruption measures;
 Priority of preventive anti-corruption measures;
 Protection and encouragement of persons who assist in combating corruption;
 Inevitability of punishment for corruption offenses.
