A joint operational meeting with the Almaty City Prosecutor’s Office was held at the State Revenue Department for Almaty.

As part of the agenda, the participants reviewed the results of an analysis of judicial practice in administrative cases concerning challenges to decisions ordering tax audits and the results of such audits for the period of 2024–2025 and the first half of 2026.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Almaty City Prosecutor’s Office, as well as the management and employees of the Department’s Legal Department, Audit Department, and Indirect Tax Administration Department.

Following the meeting, specific measures were identified to improve the quality of tax administration and ensure strict compliance with procedural deadlines. Particular attention was paid to the digitalization of control procedures and the automation of fiscal processes in order to minimize the risk of violations.

The joint work of the supervisory and fiscal authorities is aimed at developing consistent law enforcement practices, protecting the legitimate rights of taxpayers, and strengthening the rule of law.
