The plant's production processes are fully automated. Modern equipment from Sweden, Bulgaria, and Italy enables the facility to produce up to 25 tonnes of bakery products per day.

The enterprise relies on its own raw material base, while its products are supplied to retail outlets, social institutions, and retail chains across the capital.

Today, the bakery employs more than 30 people, including food technologists, bakers, and equipment operators.
