The voting will take place in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev No. 1338 dated July 1, 2026.

August 23, 2026 from 07:00 to 20:00 (Berlin time).

Who is eligible to vote?

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have reached the age of 18 and are permanently residing or temporarily present in the following federal states of Germany are eligible to vote:

• Hamburg
• Bremen
• Lower Saxony
• Schleswig-Holstein

Registration procedure

To be pre-registered in the voter list for polling station No. 509, please send the following data to the email konsul-hamburg@mfa.kz:

• Full name
• IIN (Individual Identification Number)
• Date of birth
• Actual residential address in Germany

Important: On the voting day, you must have a valid passport or ID card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan with you.
