Today, a seminar-meeting dedicated to explaining a number of legislative amendments was held at the Rukhaniyat Center under the chairmanship of Deputy Akim of the district Dias Moldabayev.

The event was attended by Erlegen Mendaliyev, Head of the Kyzylorda Region Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Chairman of the Ethics Council; Akzada Madaliyeva, Director of the Kyzylorda Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Yermek Satbayev, Head of the District Akim's Office; heads of independent departments and institutions; akims of the township and rural districts; and civil servants.

During the meeting, participants received a detailed explanation of the key amendments introduced in connection with the entry into force of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 1, following its adoption through the nationwide referendum held on March 15, 2026.

The seminar also covered the amendments and additions made to the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "On Combating Corruption." It was emphasized that these legislative reforms are aimed at improving the civil service system, ensuring transparency in human resource processes, strengthening the legal status of civil servants, enhancing public oversight, and reducing corruption risks.

During the seminar, Akzada Madaliyeva spoke about new approaches in the public administration system and reforms aimed at enhancing the professional capacity of civil servants. Erlegen Mendaliyev provided a comprehensive explanation of the practical implementation of the new legal provisions, as well as innovations in the procedures for recruitment to and service within the civil service.

Participants actively asked questions and exchanged views on the implementation of the legislative changes. Comprehensive explanations were provided for all questions raised.

At the conclusion of the event, Erlegen Mendaliyev held a personal reception for citizens, listened to their questions and appeals concerning the civil service and the recent legislative amendments, and provided explanations in accordance with the requirements of the law.
