Today, a ceremonial reception was held in the conference hall of the District Akimat with the participation of District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek to honor local residents who have devoted themselves to serving the public and have become role models through their acts of civic courage.

During the event, the District Akim congratulated renowned composer, singer, and distinguished educator Kerekzhan Kozhanuly Kulmyrzayev on his 70th birthday, highly commending his significant contribution to the development of education and Kazakhstan's national arts. On behalf of the district's residents, he expressed sincere appreciation and best wishes to the jubilarian for his many years of creative and educational work, which has greatly contributed to the region's spiritual and cultural development.

The ceremony also honored local residents who demonstrated exceptional bravery in saving a human life: Police Captain Salavat Serikuly Mukhambetov, Senior Inspector of the Rapid Response Special Forces Unit of the Astana City Police Department, and Daulet Bakytzhanuly Orynbekov, a beach lifeguard in Zhosaly township.

In his speech, the District Akim emphasized that their courageous actions and strong sense of civic responsibility serve as an inspiring example for society. He noted that such noble deeds reinforce the value of human life and play an important role in fostering patriotism and responsibility among young people.

During the event, congratulatory remarks were also delivered by Adil Koshalakov, Chairman of the District Maslikhat; Abdirakhman Kulduysenov, Chairman of the District Public Council; and Askar Merekov, Chairman of the District Veterans' Council, who expressed their best wishes to the honorees.

In turn, the honored citizens expressed their sincere gratitude to the district leadership and local residents for the recognition, attention, and high appreciation of their service and courageous actions.
