As part of a state social order funded by the Apparatus of the Akim of Kostanay, first aid training sessions are being conducted for the general public. E.B. Zhankulov, an emergency medical doctor, certified cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) trainer, and trauma specialist, has been brought in to lead the training.

Today, a training session was held for employees of the akimat, the maslikhat, and the quasi-public sector. During the session, standard resuscitation techniques for various emergencies—such as drowning, stroke, cardiac arrest, and severe bleeding—were presented. At the end of the event, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions.

The initiative will run from July to October, reaching major enterprises, organizations, and popular public recreation areas. In total, more than 40 training sessions are scheduled to take place.
