On July 13 of the current year at 3:00 p.m., at the initiative of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the West Kazakhstan Region, an online State Services Fair was held by the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Pokatilovsky Rural District."The event was organized as a live broadcast on the official Facebook page of the rural district akimat. During the live stream, residents were provided with information about the state services delivered by the akimat, the procedures for obtaining them, the required documents, and the available options for receiving services electronically. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions online and receive answers from the responsible specialists.The main objective of the event was to improve public awareness of state services, increase their accessibility, and promote the use of electronic government services.
