Today, following a meeting chaired by the Akim of the Kyzylorda Region, a working meeting was held in the conference hall of the district Akimat under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek.
During the meeting, participants comprehensively discussed the development of district roads, the organization of passenger transportation, measures to prevent wildfires, and compliance with the regulations governing the use of Kazakhstan's state symbols.
Regarding road infrastructure, the participants reviewed the Toretam–Akai bypass road project, as well as the unfinished sections of major road rehabilitation works in Zhosaly settlement and the Akzhar rural district. The responsible departments were instructed to complete the work on schedule and ensure high-quality implementation. In addition, due to the ongoing major rehabilitation of the railway overpass on the Zhalagash–Zhosaly highway, officials were instructed to promptly complete the placement of a sand-and-gravel surface on the temporary dirt bypass road between Kyzyltam village and the bridge.
On passenger transportation, the progress of opening a ticket office for the Tulpar–Baikonur bus station in Zhosaly was reviewed. Officials were instructed to ensure that the ticket office begins operating within the established timeframe. They were also tasked with preparing proposals to make the local bus schedule more convenient for residents, particularly by increasing service frequency during the morning and evening peak hours.
Road safety also received special attention. Traffic accidents involving unattended livestock on public roads since the beginning of the year were analyzed. The akims of the settlement and rural districts were instructed to strengthen the organized grazing of livestock and, together with the veterinary service, intensify livestock identification efforts.
The next agenda item focused on wildfire prevention measures. The meeting reviewed the preparedness of rural fire stations during the high-risk fire season, their technical equipment, and the implementation of preventive activities. The responsible agencies were instructed to strictly monitor compliance with fire safety requirements and strengthen preventive measures.
The meeting also explained recent amendments to the regulations governing the use of Kazakhstan's state symbols. All government institutions were instructed to update their state symbols displays in accordance with the new requirements, replace the term "Hymn" with "Anthem" (Әнұран) where applicable, and ensure that all visual information complies with the established standards.
In addition to the agenda items, the condition of the district's telecommunications infrastructure was discussed. The District Akim highlighted existing deficiencies and instructed the responsible manager of Kazakhtelecom JSC to restore communication poles and cable networks and eliminate all identified shortcomings as soon as possible.
Concluding the meeting, the District Akim instructed all responsible bodies to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the assigned tasks and to keep their execution under constant supervision.
