A delegation from the International Organization for Migration and government representatives from Greece, Hungary, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan visited the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" to study Kazakhstan's practical experience in providing public services.

The meeting was held in a format for exchanging experiences. The parties discussed modern approaches to the digitalization of migration services, personal identification, and the development of government services, and also learned about the digital solutions currently used in Kazakhstan.

During the visit, the guests were shown the passport and identity card processing process, from application and data verification to receipt of the completed document.

The delegation also learned about the operation of a document processing terminal, which allows individuals to independently apply for an identity card or passport. Participants were also briefed on how the equipment operates and the technologies used to verify personal data.

"International cooperation remains an important area for the development of public services. Such meetings facilitate the exchange of practical experiences, the expansion of professional collaboration, and the implementation of effective solutions aimed at improving the quality of service to citizens. "We previously signed a memorandum of cooperation in the Republic of Korea, which opens up new opportunities for joint projects and further collaboration. I am confident that today's meeting will be another step toward strengthening international partnerships and improving public services," emphasized Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."

Following the visit, the participants noted the importance of international exchange of experience and expressed their readiness for further cooperation in developing digital government services.
