The official ethics of civil servants is based on the following principles:
Integrity – professional and responsible service to the State for the benefit of society;
Honesty – a sincere and conscientious approach to the performance of official duties;
Fairness – making lawful decisions independently of the influence of individuals, legal entities, public groups, and organizations, and preventing discrimination based on bias or subjective considerations under any circumstances;
Openness – demonstrating a willingness to engage with the public and ensuring transparency in official actions;
Courtesy – treating citizens and colleagues with respect, politeness, and professionalism;
Citizen-Centric Service – taking measures to improve the quality of public services by fully focusing on the needs of the public as recipients of government services, and preventing bureaucracy and unnecessary delays in the consideration of applications and requests.
