Today, the forty-fourth extraordinary session of the VIII convocation of the Altay district maslikhat was held with the participation of the district akim R.T. Kurmambaev.

During the meeting, deputies considered the issues approved on the agenda.

The main issue was the introduction of changes to the maslikhat decision "On the district budget of the Altay district for 2026–2028." The report was presented by A.V. Grechushnikova, Deputy Head of the "Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the Altay District" state institution.

This issue sparked active discussion among the deputies. Due to the optimization of district budget expenditures, funds previously allocated for the implementation of a number of projects that district residents had long awaited were reduced. During the voting on this issue, two deputies declined to adopt the decision.

Additionally, deputies considered and supported changes to the following issues:

the rules and amounts of social support for the payment of utility services and the purchase of fuel for specialists of state healthcare, social security, education, culture, sports, and veterinary organizations living and working in the rural settlements of the Altay district;

the rules for providing social assistance, determining the amounts, and identifying the list of certain categories of citizens in need.

T.Y. Shidych, Head of the "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Altay District" state institution, spoke on these issues.

Following the review of all issues on the agenda, the corresponding decisions were adopted.
