Continuing the topic of organizing a public transport stop in the western part of the city, in the area of the Holy St. Daniel's Church, a joint site visit took place today.

The working meeting was attended by the rector of the Holy St. Daniel's Church of the city of Altay, Priest Alexei, deputies of the Altay district maslikhat, members of the Public Council, members of the commission on anti-corruption issues, the head of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Roads and Housing Inspection of the Altay District" K.A. Zhuanganov, the akim of the city of Altay S.V. Okhremenko, senior state inspector of the Altay district police department F. Kenzhibekov, and representatives of passenger carriers.

During the site visit, participants discussed possible options for the location of the stopping point and determined the most convenient location, taking into account the needs of the parishioners of the Holy St. Daniel's Church and the residents of the western part of the city.

As a reminder, until the installation of a stop pavilion, a decision has been made to organize a temporary public transport stop on request in the area of the church, at the location where the road sign 5.12 "Bus and (or) trolleybus stop" is installed.

This decision will allow for more convenient access to the church and improved transport services for residents of the western part of the city immediately, without waiting for the construction of a full-scale stop complex.
