On the first issue, deputies heard a report from V.N. Grebenyuk, Head of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Mendykara District," "On Amending Resolution No. 127 of the Mendykara District Maslikhat of May 22, 2024, 'On Approving the Amount and Rules for Providing Housing Assistance in the Mendykara District."

On the second issue, K.R. Rakhmetkaliev, Chairman of the Maslikhat, reported "On Amending Resolution No. 5 of March 30, 2023, 'On Electing the Chairs of the Standing Committees of the Mendykara District Maslikhat.'" (The Chairman of the Maslikhat read the submission of TEC No. 2 of July 20, 2026, and the draft resolution).
The district deputies asked questions on the issues discussed, which were answered comprehensively.
