The bankrupt's obligations do not terminate if there are one or more of the following circumstances:
the debtor provided false information and (or) concealed information about his financial situation, property and obligations, including when submitting an application for the application of solvency restoration and judicial bankruptcy procedures;
during the procedures for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy, the debtor concealed property, part of it, and (or) information about it, or prevented the financial manager, court, or authorized body from obtaining information about his financial situation, property, and obligations, and (or) did not comply with the legal requirements of the financial manager, and (or) otherwise prevented him from carrying out their powers;
the debtor increased the amount of debt or otherwise worsened its financial situation, including by alienating property, assuming new obligations, during the procedures for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy to the detriment of creditors;
the debtor reduced assets to the detriment of creditors during the three years prior to the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings;
the debtor has given unreasonable preference to one creditor over others or has committed other actions to the detriment of creditors during the procedures for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy, as well as during the three years prior to the initiation of proceedings for the application of procedures for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy;
the debtor was found guilty of deliberate bankruptcy;
other circumstances are at the discretion of the court, which make it possible to assess the actions (inaction) of the debtor in initiating procedures for restoring solvency and judicial bankruptcy or during their conduct as a way of avoiding responsibility to creditors.
