What is changing?
Starting from September 1, 2026, a mechanism for the traceability of goods imported into the customs territory of the EAEU will be introduced.

During the turnover of the goods included in the list, it is necessary to:
📌 register a co-op through the "Virtual Warehouse" module;
, to issue an ESF based on the issued SNT;
, keep records of goods in the traceability system.

What products are included in the list?
🧊 Refrigerators and freezers
, Washing machines
📺 Televisions and reception equipment for television communication

There are 34 EAEU HS codes in total.

📚 Basis:
▪️ art. 180 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
▪️ Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 623 dated 24.10.2025;
Decision of the EEC Council No. 5 dated January 26, 2026.
