On 25 April 2025, a regional meeting on preparations for the summer tourist season was held in Aktau under the chairmanship of Y. Ibrashev, Head of the Tourism Department of the Mangystau Region. The meeting brought together 27 participants, including representatives of 21 recreation centers in Aktau and six representatives of government institutions.

During the meeting, key issues related to ensuring a safe and comfortable tourist experience were discussed, including improving mobile network coverage, installing video surveillance cameras, providing recreation facilities with medical personnel, and addressing other important aspects of tourism infrastructure.

Representatives of the police, emergency services, ambulance service, the local administration, and other relevant authorities actively participated in the discussions. The participants emphasized the importance of close interagency cooperation to create favorable conditions for visitors and enhance the region's tourism attractiveness.

The Mangystau Region has significant potential for the development of eco-tourism and active tourism, and this meeting marked an important step toward building an effective partnership between the public sector and the tourism industry.
