Residents of Semey can use the "Personal Manager" service, which allows them to access a range of government services without visiting a Public Service Center. This was announced by the Abay branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."

This service involves a specialist visiting the applicant's specified address—home or office—at a time convenient for them. During the visit, the personal manager provides advice on obtaining government services, accepts the necessary documents, and processes the application through government information systems.

The service was created to make government services more accessible and convenient for the public. It is especially popular among people with disabilities, senior citizens, parents of young children, and those who, due to health conditions or busy schedules, are unable to visit a Public Service Center in person.

"We are constantly working to make government services more accessible and convenient for residents of the region. The mobile format allows people to receive necessary services without visiting a Public Service Center, which is especially important for people who find it difficult to travel in person. "We will continue to develop services focused on the comfort and needs of our citizens," noted Zhibek Zhadrina, Director of the Abay Regional Branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."

With the help of a personal manager, you can arrange a wide range of government services, including registering your place of residence, obtaining certificates, using the Civil Registry Office, and other popular services. However, services that require the applicant's personal presence are not provided on-site. These include obtaining ID cards, passports, and driver's licenses, as well as registering and re-registering vehicles.

After completing the service, you can pick up the completed documents at the Public Service Center (PSC) or arrange for their delivery.

The cost of the "Personal Manager" service with on-site service is 7,447 tenge. This includes organizational and transportation costs.

The service is provided on a paid basis as part of the service provided by the State Corporation "Government for Citizens".
