A UEFA Europa Conference League match between local side Tobol and Belgrade's Partizan took place in Kostanay. Scott Anthony Mann, General Secretary of the Kazakhstan Football Federation, personally attended the event.

During the visit, the distinguished guest was introduced to the progress and future plans for the new stadium currently under construction. The concept of the modern sports venue sparked strong interest from the KFF General Secretary. It was emphasized that the primary advantage of the new complex will be its complete accessibility to all city residents.

Additionally, the facility is planned for submission to obtain KFF Category 1 certification. This will open up broad opportunities to host youth tournaments and large-scale competitions at a high standard.

The new stadium is expected to become another vibrant attraction for locals, making a significant contribution to the development of Kostanay's sports infrastructure.
