Ensuring the safety of residents and creating comfortable conditions in settlements during the winter period remain under the constant control of the District Akim. In this regard, a meeting chaired by Deputy Akim of the district Samat Smagulov was held today, where the readiness of social facilities in Karmakshy District for the 2026–2027 heating season was discussed.

During the meeting, held in accordance with the instructions of the District Akim, Head of the District Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways Bakytbek Zhyltуrov reported on the progress of preparations for the heating season.

In addition, the issue of electricity supply was discussed in detail. Responsible heads were given a number of instructions to ensure a stable power supply to social facilities during the winter period.

As part of the clean-up efforts being carried out across the country on the initiative of the Head of State, landscaping and sanitary cleaning activities are being carried out regularly in the district. During the meeting, heads of institutions were given relevant instructions to ensure systematic implementation of these activities, maintain cleanliness in and around social facilities and institutions, improve adjacent areas, and comply with sanitary requirements.

Samat Kydyrbekuly emphasized the need to eliminate all identified shortcomings in every sector within a short period of time. He noted that the implementation of the assigned tasks would remain under control and instructed the heads of the relevant sectors to take all necessary measures to ensure proper preparation for the heating season.
