The State Revenue Department for the Mangystau Region reminds property owners: individual property tax for 2025 must be paid no later than 1 October 2026.

The tax is paid at the location of the real estate — an apartment, house, dacha, garage or land plot.

How to check the amount and pay

The easiest way is to pay online without entering details by hand:

- in the e-Salyq Azamat app — “Upcoming payments of individuals and individual entrepreneurs”;

- in bank apps: Halyk Bank, Kaspi Bank and others;

- on portal.kgd.gov.kz — Services → “Upcoming payments and debt of individuals”;

- via the SalyqBot chatbot on Telegram;

- by calling contact centre 1414.

If you miss the deadline

From 2 October 2026:

1. Banking restrictions: you will not be able to open an account, transfer money or take out a loan.
2. A daily penalty at 1.25 times the official refinancing rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
3. Enforced collection if the debt exceeds 1 MCI (KZT 4,325): a tax order 30 working days after the notice; if unpaid within 5 working days — transfer to private bailiffs. Bailiffs may freeze accounts and property and ban travel abroad. Their fee is up to 25% of the debt.
