Information for employers!
The Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of Kostanay Region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) provides the public service "Issuance or extension of permits to employers to attract foreign labor."
This public service is fully available on the e-government web portal www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz, or the migration.enbek.kz portal and is provided in electronic format.
Employers planning to attract foreign labor in the coming year must submit their application by October 1 of the current year to the Department, located at the following address: Kostanay, Kasymkanov Street, 34, office 211 application-justification in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Rules for establishing a quota for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution between regions, cities of national significance, and the capital, approved by Order No. 274 of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023.
The application-justification for the attraction of foreign labor by the employer shall not include foreign workers who are citizens of states party to the Agreement on the Legal Status of Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, ratified by Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2011 No. 442-IV ЗРК.
