On September10, 2026, the Training and MethodologicalCenter of the StateRevenueCommittee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, togetherwith the TaxAuditAdministrationDepartment of the Audit Department of the StateRevenueCommittee, held a seminaron the ZOOMplatformon the topic:"Judicialpracticeontaxaudits, taking intoaccount the motivatedpositions of the StateRevenueCommittee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The practice of privatedeterminationsandmonetarypenalties of judicialauthorities".

   The purpose of the seminaris to increase the professionalknowledge of employeesofstaterevenue bodies and to considertopicalissues of judicialpracticeontaxaudits.

    Theseminar was attended by 190participantsfrom the territorialstaterevenueauthorities.

   A lecture was given to the seminar participants via the ZOOM platform, and the lecturer was:

   Narmanova Binura Gaukharbekovna—DeputyHead of the TaxAuditAdministrationDepartment of the Audit Department of the StateRevenueCommittee.

   The participants of the seminar asked the lecturers questions, to which comprehensive answers were given.
