The Department of State Revenues for Mangystau Region informs the public: employees of state revenue authorities do not call taxpayers and do not request by telephone SMS codes, passwords, electronic digital signature (EDS) data, bank card details, or any other personal information.

Tax authorities do not notify anyone by phone of an “unfiled declaration,” “errors in reporting,” an “investigation,” or “immediate blocking of bank accounts.” They do not send such notices via WhatsApp, Telegram, or unknown numbers, and they do not offer to “urgently resolve the matter” or ask people to follow third-party links.

Official notices from state revenue authorities are issued only through the Taxpayer’s Cabinet on the portals kgd.gov.kz and eGov.kz, and through the electronic document management system. Taxpayers can independently check obligations, notifications, and outstanding amounts in their personal cabinet and in the e-Salyq Azamat and e-Salyq Business applications.

If a notice is not fulfilled within the period established by law, collection measures are applied in accordance with the Tax Code — not by telephone.

If unknown persons call claiming to be tax officials and ask for a code, password, or EDS data — end the conversation immediately. Do not follow links they send and do not install applications at their request.

The Department of State Revenues for Mangystau Region urges citizens to remain vigilant and use only official channels of communication.
