The Memorandum is aimed at further developing and strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the field of intellectual property. The document provides for the exchange of information and experience, the development of cooperation between the competent authorities, enhancement of the professional expertise of specialists, as well as the implementation of joint activities and initiatives in this area.
The signing of the Memorandum represents an important step towards strengthening bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Korea in the field of intellectual property rights protection and enforcement. It also creates additional opportunities for the exchange of best practices and the introduction of modern approaches in this field.
The implementation of the Memorandum will contribute to the further development of institutional and professional cooperation between the relevant government authorities of the two countries, as well as to strengthening bilateral relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Korea.
