The State Institution "Department of Housing Relations of the Akimat of Kostanay" announces the start of accepting applications for housing certificates for September 2026.

Applications are accepted in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of state support measures aimed at improving housing conditions, approved by the Order of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2025 No. 187, as well as the decision of Kostanay Regional Maslikhat dated August 25, 2025 No. 239 "On determining the size and list of categories of recipients of housing certificates in Kostanay region".
The amount of the housing certificate is 90 percent of the initial payment amount, but not more than 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand) tenge.

Acceptance of applications begins on "September 15", 2026.

Applications are accepted in accordance with the established procedure in electronic form.
