A practical master class on cooking in-demand products was held in the DUIS women's colony in the Abai region for convicts employed in the semi-finished products workshop. During the month, the participants were trained, mastering modern technologies for cooking and sculpting manti, samsa, dumplings, dumplings, chebureks, cutlets and other types of semi-finished products.

             More than ten convicts took part in the training course. At the end of the program, all participants were awarded certificates of completion of professional training.

              The master class was conducted by an entrepreneur from the village of Zhangiztobe, who has practical experience in the production of semi-finished products. During the classes, she talked about current market trends, consumer preferences and product quality requirements, and also vividly demonstrated the technology of cooking popular products.

            Special attention was paid to the observance of sanitary standards, proper cooking technology, storage conditions, the quality of ingredients used and the aesthetic design of finished products.

              The participants of the master class not only observed the process, but also performed all the cooking steps themselves - from preparing ingredients to molding and decorating products. For many women, studying has become an opportunity to acquire new professional skills that will help them find further employment and social adaptation after their release.

           — Today, semi-finished products are in high demand among the population due to their convenience and time savings. The knowledge gained is really relevant and will definitely be useful to me after my release. Thanks to the certificate, I will be able to get a job or even open my own small business related to the preparation of homemade products," the convict shared.

        - Such events play an important role in the process of resocialization of convicts. Practical workshops help women acquire sought-after professions, increase self-confidence, and create a positive outlook for the future. This is an important part of educational work aimed at a successful return to society and further employment," said Anar Sabiyeva, Deputy head of the institution.

           The event ended with a joint photo shoot and an agreement to hold new practical classes as part of the vocational training program for convicts.
