The Department of State Revenue for the Kostanay region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that in connection with the entry into force of the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated July 21, 2026 No. 96 "On Amendments to the Decision of the Customs Union Commission dated September 20, 2010 No. 378" from August 22, 2026, the following classifiers of types were introduced documents:
- 07053 License for pharmaceutical and (or) medical activity (for the Republic of Kazakhstan);
- 07054 Coupon for receiving a notification on the commencement or termination of activities or certain actions issued for the wholesale sale of medical products (for the Republic of Kazakhstan);
- 07055 Contract for the supply of medicines, medical devices, concluded in accordance with the procedure provided for by the regulatory legal act in the field of healthcare of the member state of the Eurasian Economic Union (for the Republic of Kazakhstan);
- 07056 Permit for import of medicines and (or) medical devices registered and not registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan (for the Republic of Kazakhstan);
- 07057 Registration certificate of medicines and (or) medical devices in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for the Republic of Kazakhstan);
- 07058 Confirmation of the intended use of goods, issued by the authorized body of the member State of the Eurasian Economic Union (for the Republic of Kazakhstan).
In this regard, the Department informs the participants of the foreign economic activity of the following:  
In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2025 No. 1204 in column 44 of the DT, the following are provided: 07053 or 07054; 07056 or 07057.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2025 No. 1203, column 44 of the DT provides:
1) when choosing the benefit classifier in column 36.4 of the "CC": 07053, 07055, 07057, 07058;
2) when choosing the benefit classifier in column 36.4 "CH": 07053, 07055, 07058, 07056;
3) when selecting the benefit classifier in column 36.4 of "HR": 07053, 07055, 07058; 07056 or 07057;
4) when selecting the benefit classifier in column 36.4 "HS": 07053, 07058.
