In order to fulfill the schedule of measures for the implementation of the Action Plan to Clarify the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2026 No. 237, an explanatory seminar for employees was held at the Department of State Revenue for the Karaganda region in 2026.

The seminar addressed issues related to the main provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its importance and role in ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.

The speaker of the seminar was Rosa Temirovna Amrasheva, a lawyer in civil, administrative and criminal cases, a member of the Karaganda Regional Bar Association @advokat_amrasheva_roza

The seminar participants were able to get answers to their questions and discuss practical aspects of the application of constitutional norms.

Holding such events helps to improve the legal literacy of employees and strengthen knowledge in the field of constitutional legislation.
