Astana, September 17, 2026 – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Kazakhstan Han Chunlin.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state and prospects for the further development of the Kazakhstan-China eternal comprehensive strategic partnership in the political, trade and economic, and cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Noting the strong momentum in political dialogue between the two countries this year, the interlocutors paid particular attention to the practical implementation of the agreements reached during regular meetings between the leaders of Kazakhstan and China.

The meeting concluded with an exchange of views on the schedule of upcoming bilateral and multilateral events at the highest and high levels, as well as on coordination of efforts within multilateral and regional platforms.
