The issue of the architectural appearance of the city was considered at the regular session of the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat. The head of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations informed about the development of the design code of the city. A preliminary analysis of the condition of the entrances, facades and signage is currently underway to further develop requirements for their content. The adoption of these requirements in accordance with the new Building Code will ensure order in the appearance and maintenance of entrances and signage on houses and administrative buildings of the city, which was supported by deputies.

Also at the session, Chairman of the city Maslikhat Svetash A.A. informed deputies, members of the Public Council and media representatives about the results of the maslikhat's activities for 2026. He reported in detail on the work done in the areas of activity of the permanent commissions of the Maslikhat, the adopted normative legal acts, the results of consideration of citizens' appeals and instructions from voters. The issues that have not been resolved this year will be reviewed when forming the city's budget for 2027.

The deputies will continue to work on the consideration and resolution of topical issues of concern to the residents of our city.
