A round-table discussion titled "An Honest Word for a Just Society: THE NEW CONSTITUTION – The Foundation of Civic Responsibility and Social Consensus" was held at K. Zhubanov Aktobe Regional University.

S. Zhailybay, Head of the Youth Work Organization Division at the Aktobe Region Department for Youth Policy Affairs, participated in the event and delivered a speech.

The meeting featured a broad discussion on the political reforms of Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the significance of constitutional amendments in shaping a "Just Kazakhstan," and issues regarding civic responsibility and social consensus.

The new Constitution serves as a vital foundation for the state's sustainable development, the strengthening of citizens' rights and responsibilities, and the enhancement of mutual trust and harmony within society.

Furthermore, the active participation of young people in the country's reforms, the open expression of their views, and their sense of civic responsibility are crucial factors for the sustainable development of society.

The new Constitution entails new responsibilities. Young people are the initiators of these changes.
