In Pavlodar region, 73% of residents have submitted an income declaration: violators face warnings and fines

In Pavlodar region, the interim results of the work on submitting the Declaration of Income and Property (form 270.00) were summed up. 36,439 people submitted reports before the deadline set by law on September 15, which is 73% of the total number of required applicants.
In total, about 50,000 citizens in the region should report for 2025. The majority of the 13,000 residents who have not yet submitted their documents are heads of companies, founders of legal entities and their spouses.
The Department of State Revenue for the Pavlodar region reminds citizens who do not have time to report on time, it is necessary to do so as soon as possible.
You can submit the form 270.00 online via:
- "Taxpayer's Office" (cabinet.kgd.gov .kz);
- The portal of "Electronic government" (egov.kz);
- E-Salyq Azamat and eGov Mobile mobile applications;
- Mobile applications of Halyk Bank and Kaspi Bank.
A warning is provided for late delivery for the first time. In case of repeated violation during the year, a fine of 15 MCI is imposed. A fine of 3 MCI is provided for providing false information in the document.
The following categories of citizens are required to provide a declaration of income and property of an individual (TNF 270.00):
1. Civil servants and persons equated to them, as well as their spouses.
2. Heads and founders (participants) of legal entities with a share of more than 10% in the authorized capital (or shares of joint-stock companies) and their resident spouses (with the exception of NGO participants).
3. Persons engaged in private practice (notaries, lawyers, mediators, private bailiffs).
4. Citizens who have received independent income subject to taxation (property income, except for sole proprietors).
5. Owners of foreign bank accounts if the total balance as of December 31 of the reporting year exceeds 1,000 MCI (3,932,000 tenge).
6. Owners of foreign real estate and property whose rights or transactions are subject to state registration.
7. Owners of digital assets (cryptocurrencies, digital money, digitized assets).
8. Persons who made large purchases during the reporting year in excess of 20,000 MCI (78,640,000 tenge).
Form 270.00 contains information about the purchase or sale of property, sources of financing for transactions, assets outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as accounts receivable and payable between individuals. #Zamen_tartip_the Law_and_ Order
