Over 9,000 Government Services Provided at Home to People with Limited Mobility

The Government Corporation “Government for Citizens” ensures access to public services for all categories of citizens. For people with disabilities who are unable to visit a Public Service Center (PSC) independently due to their health condition, as well as for non-transportable citizens, free home-visit services are available.

Since the beginning of 2026, specialists from Public Service Centers across the country have made approximately 12,000 home visits, providing more than 9,000 government services at home. The most requested services during home visits included the issuance of passports and identity cards, obtaining electronic digital signatures (EDS), and applying for housing assistance.

People with Group I and II disabilities, World War II veterans, seriously ill individuals, and non-transportable citizens can request a home visit from a specialist.

To arrange a home visit, applicants can submit a request through the official website of the Government Corporation in the “Services for Citizens” section or call the unified contact center at 1414.

A specialist visits the applicant at the specified address, accepts the necessary documents, and processes the requested service. Once the procedure is completed, the final result is delivered to the recipient at home.

It should also be noted that a comfortable, barrier-free environment has been created at Public Service Centers for citizens with special needs who visit the centers in person. Visitors who are entitled to priority service can be served through designated preferential service windows.

In addition, all front offices across the country are equipped with ramps and assistance call buttons. Tactile panels for people with visual impairments and wheelchairs are also available.
