Regarding the first and second agenda items, the deputies heard a report from Ruslan Sergaziyevich Baysakalov, Chairman of the Mendykarinsky District Territorial Election Commission, concerning amendments to Maslikhat Resolution No. 184 of January 16, 2023, "On the Formation of District Election Commissions for the Election of Deputies to the Mendykarinsky District Maslikhat," and amendments to Maslikhat Resolution No. 87 of December 27, 2023, "On the Election of the Composition of Precinct Election Commissions."
