On September 23, an off-site meeting of the interagency working group on the provision of public services was held at the State Revenue Department for Almaty.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the dynamics and indicators of public service delivery for 2025–2026, the results of internal control, and a comparative analysis of identified violations. Particular attention was also paid to issues related to interaction between service providers, service recipients, and information systems.

Following the meeting, proposals were developed to improve the quality of public services and address the identified issues.
