By order of the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart K. Tokayev, September 25 has been declared a National Day of Mourning in the Republic of Kazakhstan following the deaths of military personnel while performing their official duties in the Mangystau Region.

On behalf of the residents of Kostanay and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased military personnel.
