In accordance with the annual plan of the CSE "East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development "Örken" of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, together with the regional mobile group, the V Regional Large-Scale Professional Gathering of Preschool Education Teachers of the region was organized on September 24–25, 2026, bringing together 200 educators.
✨ The Gathering was aimed at supporting the activities of heads and teachers of preschool organizations, developing professional cooperation, strengthening friendly ties, exchanging experience, and enhancing the prestige of the teaching profession.
A bright start to the main part of the Gathering was the musical greeting from kindergarten pupils of the city of Ridder: "Balabaqsha - baqytty balalar mekeni!" (Kindergarten – a happy place for children!). Deputy Head of the Regional Education Department Bulbul Zhomarkyzy Kozybaeva addressed the participants with welcoming words, wishing them productive work and success.
🌷 A special place in the program was occupied by the "Úlkenge qurmet!" (Honor to Elders!) ceremony, during which veterans of the preschool upbringing and education sphere were honored. For their many years of work and significant contribution to the upbringing of the younger generation, the veterans were presented with Letters of Appreciation and words of gratitude and respect.
As part of the "Biz birgemiz!" (We Are Together!) segment, teams arriving from districts and cities of the region presented their business cards, demonstrating creativity, team spirit, and unity. And during the "Pedagogical Battle," teachers answered rapid-fire questions, showcasing professional knowledge, erudition, and resourcefulness.
💡 A special atmosphere was created by the "Inspiration Platform," where teachers of the region discussed relevant and interesting topics, and also drew the participants' attention to the importance of preschool upbringing and education.
🎶 The Gathering's work continued with the musical and interactive program "Developing Through Play!", uniting participants through games, movement, creativity, and good spirits.
The second day of the Gathering continued at organized practical platforms based on the kindergartens "Lastochka" (Swallow), "Bolashaq" (Future), and "Quanysh" (Joy), where teachers shared best practices and presented their professional findings.
📌 The final stage was the reflective platform "The Gathering Through the Eyes of Teachers...", during which participants shared their impressions, opinions, and suggestions.
🏆 Active participants and teams of the Gathering were recognized with Letters of Appreciation and Certificates.
💚 The V Regional Gathering became a platform for professional communication, exchange of best practices, new ideas, and inspiration, uniting preschool education teachers of the East Kazakhstan region!
