Due to a technical malfunction of the "Qoldau" information platform at the "Nur Zholy" customs post of the State Revenue Department for the Jetisu Region, temporary difficulties were previously experienced during procedures and vehicle movement.

We sincerely apologize to drivers and carriers for the inconveniences caused and the forced waiting time.

On September 28, 2026, at 02:40 AM, a technical failure occurred in the operation of the "Qoldau" information platform. At 10:15 PM on the same day, the platform's operativity was fully restored. Currently, the "Nur Zholy" customs post is operating in normal mode, and vehicle clearance and passage are carried out in the established manner.

To prevent negative consequences for participants in foreign economic activity, a decision has been made to ensure the unhindered clearance and passage of all vehicles that have booked slots in the electronic queue system for September 28, 29, and 30, 2026.

In addition, the electronic queues for these vehicles will be automatically extended by one day.

Thus, drivers and carriers with valid bookings for the specified dates are not required to take any additional actions or re-book their places in the electronic queue.

We kindly ask drivers and carriers to observe the established procedure for passing customs formalities and adhere to the current vehicle passage rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
