On September 29, 2026, under the leadership of Kairat Dzhumagulov, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a meeting was held with representatives of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of the transport industry — associations of customs brokers and carriers.

   The main topic of the meeting was the procedure for filling out the declaration for goods in the information system "KEDEN".

   During the meeting, topical issues of customs declaration, the passage of goods through checkpoints, and the application of a risk management system were also discussed.

   Business representatives outlined issues that arise in practice and made proposals to improve customs declaration procedures and simplify the passage of goods across the state border.

   Following the meeting, the suggestions and comments of the participants were accepted for consideration within the competence of the Committee. These issues will be worked out in the framework of further interaction with representatives of the business community.

   Such meetings allow us to take into account the practical experience of market participants in improving customs administration and digital tools used in the customs clearance process.
