Mukhtar Batyrkhanuly, Acting District Akim, chaired the meeting. The session provided a detailed overview of the "Auyl Amanaty" program's implementation, financing mechanisms, documentation procedures, and the opportunities available to rural residents. In accordance with the agricultural funding limits set for the Almaty Region for 2026, 317 million tenge has been allocated to Kegen District to fund 21 projects. The allocated funds cover several areas: livestock farming – 10 projects (including 1 cooperative); crop farming – 4 projects (including 1 cooperative); processing – 3 cooperatives; other types of activities – 45 projects. Currently, documents from nine individual entrepreneurs and one cooperative specializing in livestock farming have been submitted to JSC "SPK Konaev." Additionally, in early 2026, 40 applications submitted in 2024 were returned by "SPK Konaev."
