The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to engage in international dialogue on the country’s constitutional development, presenting the key aspects of its constitutional reform and the distinctive features of Kazakhstan’s national model of constitutional review to international partners. Such initiatives not only strengthen professional ties with foreign legal institutions but also promote constitutional principles and values that play an important role in shaping legal awareness and civic culture.
From October 10 to 14, 2026, Aslan Tukiyev, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan, paid a working visit to the Constitutional Court of Italy, as well as the Council of State of Italy and the Council of State of Greece, both of which serve as key institutions of administrative justice in their respective countries.
The visit was organized with the support of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), an international organization dedicated to enhancing professional expertise through educational and research programs, specialist training, and the international exchange of legal knowledge and experience in the field of public law. The organization also works to strengthen the rule of law, protect human rights, and improve democratic institutions.
During the visit, Aslan Tukiyev met with Michail Pikramenos, President of the Council of State of Greece, Luigi Maruotti, President of the Council of State of Italy, and judges of the Constitutional Court of Italy.
