The Committee on Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries under the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Committee) has updated the list of Internet resources that do not have a license to engage in activities in the field of gambling. It includes 1,820 unique addresses containing signs of an online casino, which is prohibited by paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The list consists of Internet links with online casino activities and illegal betting activities identified by the Committee during the systematic collection of information.

In addition, the list is being updated from Telegram and WhatsApp messengers, where concerned citizens promptly send links to suspicious sites and social media pages.

The list includes well-known platforms such as Vavada, Sultan Games, Pin Up, Play Fortuna, Riobet, Casino-X and others.

The identified information is entered into the Cybernadzor information system for conducting a legal assessment and taking measures to restrict access to them on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Recall that the Committee on Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, established on September 4, 2024 in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is engaged in identifying such resources.
