The head of the region, Darkhan Satybaldy, introduced the new head of the office to the senior staff of the akim of the region and the heads of departments.
In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerkebulan Abilkhanovich Dauylbayev was appointed to this position by the order of the Akim of the Turkestan region.
The new chief of staff assured that he would make every effort to develop the region, applying his knowledge and experience gained in public service for the benefit of the country.
Yerkebulan Dauylbayev was born in 1978 in South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University and the Russian Customs Academy.
He started his career in 1999 as an inspector of the Customs Control Department for the South Kazakhstan region of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2010-2011, he served as the head of the department, and was also the head of the licensing department of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of South Kazakhstan Region. In 2011-2012, he held the position of Deputy Head of the South Kazakhstan Region Construction Department. From 2012 to 2014, he was the head of the Anti-Smuggling Department of the Customs Control Department for South Kazakhstan Region, and in 2013-2014 he headed the Construction Department of the South Kazakhstan region.
In 2016-2017, he served as Deputy chairman of the branch of the Nur Otan Party in South Kazakhstan region, in 2017-2018 - Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2018, he was an adviser to the akim of Zhambyl region, and from 2018 to 2020 — Deputy akim of Zhambyl region.
In 2020-2021, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since August 2021, he has been a state inspector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2022-2023 he held the position of Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2023 until his appointment, he served as an adviser to the akim of the Turkestan region.
