With the support of the akim of the Mangystau region, the Department of Culture, Language Development and archival affairs of the Mangystau region, the regional center for scientific, methodological and cultural services, an exhibition and fair of artists and craftsmen will be held in Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region, on October 28-29, 2024.
The main purpose of the fair is to introduce the public to artists who have mastered art, their products and works of artists, through this to instill in the consciousness of the generation the development and revival of crafts with traditional images, to attract the development of these genres, invite modernization, attract the attention of potential buyers and increase sales of local artists and craftsmen, increase the recognition of local brands in the international arena due to the wide participation of local entrepreneurs of the creative industry in major international creative competitions, fairs, exhibitions.
The fair will feature more than 30 works by artists, jewelers and artisans, including products from the country's famous Fashion House "Tarbia", the brand of children's coats "Zhannur Zhadagai" and "Ali kids", paintings by artists such as B. Kulbayev, M. Kosan, works by silversmiths, jewelers Kairat Kuandykov and Torebaya Damira.
A display of products by Mangystau fashion designers and jewelers will be organized.
The Otp folk ensemble will perform during the event.
